After few months of toying around with Google Chrome 0.4.154.29 with so much proud and confident :) , finally the 'whoa' thing came out for the first time... hehehe
It crashed baby... yeah... how? I just trying to clear browsing data, using the clear 'everything' option... luckily just the browser crashed, not 'everything' :)

This is "WORM"...
I tried to fix this according to everything suggested in threads and discussion forums. Uninstalled, Reinstalled, Restarted did everything suggested but nothing work for me...
Then on of my university technical staff member suggested to use free tool call "Ad-Aware" to remove this worm and it worked perfectly to me.
